I provide reliable, judgment-free support tailored to your situation. From paying bills and organizing paperwork to tracking expenses and preparing financial summaries, everything is handled with professionalism, discretion, and care—often in close coordination with your trusted financial team, including advisors, accountants, attorneys, and fiduciaries. Rates & Billing

  • Rates are based on the scope and complexity of the services you require. Most clients begin at my standard hourly rate, with adjustments for more complex responsibilities or higher levels of oversight.

    After our initial consultation, I’ll confirm your rate based on your goals and the expected time commitment. For ongoing work, we may transition to a fixed monthly fee after the first 90 days for predictability. Monthly rates are calculated using my hourly rate and the estimated hours required for your agreed-upon services.

    Discovery calls are always free. Once we decide to work together, our initial setup meeting may run longer than a standard session to ensure we cover all necessary details.

  • Minimum Monthly Charge — If services in a given month total less than one hour, a minimum charge equal to one hour will apply.

    Time Tracking — Time is recorded in one-tenth (0.1) hour increments so billing reflects the actual time spent on your behalf.

    Mileage — When travel to your home is required, mileage is billed at 50% of my standard hourly rate, charged in one-tenth (0.1) hour increments.

    Expenses — Out-of-pocket costs (such as postage, printing, or document retrieval) are billed at cost with no markup.

    Invoicing & Payment — Invoices are sent via email unless otherwise arranged. They are issued monthly and due within 15 days of the invoice date. A late fee of 1.5% per month may apply to any balance unpaid after this period.

    Payment Methods — I accept Check, ACH bank transfer, credit cards, PayPal, and Venmo. Checks should be made payable to & Following Seas, LLC.
